  • Payment is due within 3 days; work begins after 50% is paid via the Roblox link.

  • The 50% deposit is non-refundable.

  • Up to two revisions are allowed during the sketch phase; no further edits unless minor.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery as a PNG via Gmail or Discord.

  • Commissions are for personal use only; all rights remain with the artist unless specified.

  • Use of the artwork for NFTs or AI generation is strictly prohibited and will result in a ban.

  • The finished artwork can be shared publicly with proper credit.

  • The final art will be sent with a watermark and payment link, then delivered via Gmail or Discord.
